This place sucks!!!! I've been there more than once and each time giving them the benefit of the doubt and each time, just as bad as before... The service is poor, the girls running the front desk and phones are rude and frankly dumb, the food has hardly any flavor and the food is soggy... I ordered the buffalo chicken salad and i got two pre-frozen breaded chicken on top of wilted yellow lettuce, with black olives (which it's weird to begin with), cucumbers, tomatoes, onions and green peppers and the dressing was only ranch with hot sauce, boring and bland. The pizza is soggy. You can't hold it straight out, the dough folds over and all the toppings fall off. The garlic cheese bread has only flavor of oil and their taco soup is just chili with black olives and a side of corn chips. I will never eat there again and i suggest no one else does, ever!!!

Went here while staying in Fort Myers. Their pizza is SO good. Probably the best pizza I have ever had. Great different deals each day of the week too!

I love heavenly pizza. A small place. If you eat in. Plan on seating yourself. The service is slow but you can tell they are trying. The food great with daily specials. Call ahead if your getting take out so your food will be ready. Very busy at counter. I like the large heavenly pizza and get a smaller cheese free. I usually have them add a few. More ingredients in they do use nice cheese. One of my favorites. Just don't. Stop in and expect to get your pizza w/o Waiting 30-40 minutes. Forgot to mention you can buy pizza by the slice.

I got a Stromboli which was 1/2 off that day so i got a huge Stromboli for like $4... It was delicious!!!! The cheese the use is delicious I don't know if it's home made or what but it's soo good!!!!! Also had their pizza and shockingly it was actually really good. Like really good!! Stromboli is half off on Thursdays. Delivery is a minimum of $10. I went here again today (2/6/15) Got my LARGE Stromboli and my fiancé got a small custom pizza and we got 2 soft drinks.. Came up to like $20... I'll post receipt... It sounds like a lot but it's really worth it. Love the food not the service but because I love the food that much I guess I'm a glutton for punishment keep coming back for my damn Stromboli (:

We ordered the delivery of several pizzas in a development about ten minutes away from the storefront of Heavenly Pizza. The delivery took a VERY long time. We called multiple times to check on the status of the food. Once we were told that the driver's car broke down, and another time whoever answered the phone actually put the phone down and we waited for ten minutes for a response. When the pizza finally arrived an HOUR AND A HALF later, we were not offered any kind of discount or apology. The pizza was fine, but we would have been better just driving the five minutes down the road for a $5 Hot and Ready from Little Caesars. We understand that breakdowns happen, but to not be offered any kind of compensation for having to wait that long is just ridiculous. We will not order from here ever again, as poor customer service is a deal breaker.

Awesome FOOD, Great PRICES, impeccable CUSTOMER SERVICE - Pick any TWO! In the case of Heavenly Pizza, you're choosing the first two because the customer service absolutely stinks. You're an annoyance to them, a hassle to wait on, and completely unworthy of kindness or deference. Our server was snippy, pissed off, and accusatory of a fellow employee when we had to ask for Parmesan twice ("They didn't bring it to you?" as if I was lying.) BUT... if you're OK with crappy service, the name of the place is NOT a misnomer... the pizza was amazingly delicious... hot, savory, cheesy, melt-in-your mouth yummy! And the price absolutely can't be beat. We got a LARGE one- or two-topping pizza for around $12... and it came with a MEDIUM cheese pizza. Seriously? It was so much food! We fed our family of 6 for $35, drinks and tip included. Go for the food and the price... if you get good service, too, consider yourself lucky. But the food is totally worth it!

Had a turkey club pita, warmed. Realized I had never had a pita before, that I could remember. It was really very good and I will be ordering pitas instead of subs whenever possible from now on! On the other hand, my husband ordered two slices of pizza, which he won't do again. It seemed the pizza had been sitting there a while. Best to order a whole one and take the leftovers home. At least it will be cooked fresh. A good place to go for a quick lunch that is close to our home.

Pizza is very good, fast and not to expense. However the wings had good flavor but were soggy and not from the sauce. Have no problem with non fried wings but at least bake it till the skin is crispy.

Nothing spectacular, but the food for the price is good. Staff sometimes are moody and the place could be a goldmine if they put up some bigger TV's.

This pizza is DELICIOUS! Honestly not sure what all the negative reviews are about. The place was packed and there was only one waitress, making it a little chaotic and hard to get a refill but it was all worth it when the pizza came out. Not sure how to explain it, it looks almost like a thin crust deep dish. It is excellent and priced very fare as well. The only reason they don't get a 5 star thumbs up from me is because of the service. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt I'm not sure if someone called out sick or what but next time I am craving pizza I know just where I am going!

Called to order for delivery, told 1 1/2 hrs., decided to pick up in 40 mins. Arrived , paid for order, and waited awhile, asked cashier about order, she couldn't find slip. Went to kitchen, being done then, after hr. wait there. No apology for wait, no thank you for waiting, etc. Order was for 5 people, started to eat, found Lg. pizza and the free pizza to very doughy, thick crust, not the usual. Medium pizza hardly had any pepperoni/mushrooms on it, sub bun soggy. All of us were so hungry by then, no one complained until later. didn't eat the doughy pizza, or the "free one". Stopped by store next day, manager "on duty" said "you should've called last night, I wasn't here". "This time of year always a wait". "SORRY" was her response. We've been coming here for 10 years, and Jet's pizza is only 1/2 mile from us, told manager that comment, "SORRY' she replied, "should have called last night". Well, we won't be calling again. Too bad as always loved their pizza. Oh, and we're in a retirement community, guess what we'll be talking about?

I wasn't thrilled about the one hour delivery estimate, but I can't complain too much since it seems like Heavenly is the only pizza-to-your-door option in North Fort Myers. The calzone was excellent - sturdily constructed and with a lovely marinara on the side. And while the pizza isn't going to win awards in international competition, it's great American pizzeria pizza. Strong recommendation.

I have been a customer here for nearly 4 years and had terrible service on Monday at 430 pm. Ordered a 16" pizza & tea. By the time my pizza arrived within 15 minutes, I was half finished my tea. Finished 1 slice and needed a refill. So I put my glass at the corner of the table. I am at the front table so every time she passes she sees and ignores me. Finally after 3 slices I take my empty glass to the counter and another server asks if I want a tea to go. No I would like a tea to finish my meal. Go home called the manager- another server and explained zinc asked him to speak to the owner who was absent. I called the owner the following morning and left my #. He never called back. So I called and before Zi could even explain he says the server had been there with no complaints, refused to listen to what happened and said not to return! Seriously? And hangs up! I am in my 60s and rarely seen both poor service AND a clueless owner. I won't be back and neither will at least a dozen friends Ihat I have contacted!

This place used to have good pizza, not anymore! Absolutely the worst pizza I've eaten in a long time. I was told 20 minutes, waited 55 and when I questioned the wait the staff was incredibly rude. I will NEVER go back.

We are a regular customer....pizza by the piece or what ever size you want. Delivery service is prompt and we've tried other pizza in the area....Heavenly pizza is our number 1 place for us. Sitting area is casual and having a cold beer with your pizza works out just fine.
